Everything you need to know about our services and cooperation with us:

We do not take commission from the customer. The customer purchases the property at the original owner's price.
The cost of our services is fixed - 200 euros.

Included in the price:

We are looking for real estate on request and according to the parameters received from the client and present the client with the five closest options.
We check the property in the cadastre.

Additional services - 300 euros:

We meet the client at the airport, provide accommodation, and then organize a tour of the property chosen by the buyer.
In direct negotiations with the property owner or authorized seller, we act as an interpreter and consultant.
We participate in the procedure of signing the Agreement and its certification by the selected notary.
